The Personal Real-time Subliminal Message Encoders and BTG/Subliminal Encoders comes with a one(1) year warranty.

1). Servicing within the one year warranty:

If you require service within this one (1) year period, simply notify Lorelei Communications Group, Inc. And then return the Encoder to us with a letter of explanation regarding the problem. The returned unit will be inspected and a replacement Encoder will be sent to you.

2). Servicing after the one(1) year warranty has expired:

If you have not purchased the extended warranty option and require service to the Encoder after the one-year warranty has expired, a service fee of $100.00 will be charged to inspect and repair your Encoder.

3). Extended warranties are available for three (3) years for $49.95 for the Personal Real-time Subliminal Message Encoders and for $150.00 for the BTG/Subliminal Encoder Series.

Note: This warranty shall not apply, if the Encoders have been damaged by negligence, tampering, or by other cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Lorelei Communications Group, Inc. warrants each Personal Real-time Subliminal Message Encoder and BTG/Subliminal Message Encoder to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Lorelei will remedy any such defects by repairing the product or furnishing a new product (at the company's option) free of charge, subject to the following provisions:

1) The model is delivered by the original purchaser to Lorelei Communication Group, Inc. intact for our examination, with all transportation charges prepaid by the purchaser and provided that such examination discloses that it is defective.

2) This warranty only covers failure due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use.

3) This warranty does not extend to :

Any model which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, mishandling, misapplication, accident, incorrect wiring not done by the manufacturer, improper or faulty installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, use in violation of any instructions furnished by our factory, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.

Any model which has been repaired or altered outside of our factory.
Lorelei Communication Group, Inc. shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty including without limitation, damage to tapes, recorders, or other electrical appliances. All expressed and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
